At Physical Therapies, we are firm believers that day-to-day happiness comes from a three-fold lifestyle; maintaining positive mental health, enjoying physical activity and eating a balanced diet.
Achieving these three goals can prove difficult on a day-to-day basis, causing one, two or all three to fall to the bottom of our priority list. As a result, your health suffers, as does your happiness.
As a husband and wife team with expertise in psychodynamic counselling, emotional management, life coaching, motivational workshops, nutrition, personal training, Buddhism and mindfulness, we believe we have the essential skills to create a bespoke programme helping you to achieve contentment and happiness.
Through the setting of goals we help you to achieve those determinations, fulfil your own unique individual potential, find a new level of inner comfort and acceptance, and ultimately attain happiness.
BEN

I have been personal training for more than 15 years, amassing a vast amount of experience and, in the process. I have developed a passion for injury rehabilitation and management, as well as postural correction. I am used to adapting my style and workouts appropriate to each client.

I look at the body as one interconnected structure rather than muscles and joints in isolation, setting and achieving physical goals through motivational and achievable targets, with the help of nutritional guidance and monitoring. Clients have included celebrities, CEOs of well known worldwide businesses, groups of women, and a mixed range of bootcamps, as well as youngsters aged 5-18. With my own positive outlook, while I enjoy making workouts a work–out, I also like to ensure they are fun and good humoured.
CAROLINE
My career has migrated from television and journalism, across talent management for well-known TV personalities before finding my career home as a motivational coach and counsellor.

I retrained in Psychodynamic Counselling, swfitly followed by a certification in Life Coaching so to be able to draw upon both skillsets.

I work with individuals to understand our reasons for sabotage, before going on to set and achieve tremendous personal goals. I have worked in an internationally renowned corporation as a Wellness Coach, undertaking multiple motivational workshops each week, both in person and online too.

It is this unique mix of counselling, coaching and nutritional guidance that allows me to create a programme suited to your individual needs.
